We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by our processors. Our primary database and storage are hosted in the United Kingdom. Some processors (e.g. for OCR or email) may process limited data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are in place.
We keep financial records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations, which for accounting records is generally six years. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that limit each user to only the data they are permitted to see, and authentication safeguards. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Tally is a business tool and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version number and date, and may ask you to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use the app.
